Sambal Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • A can of Tuna in Olive Oil
  • Onions (chopped)
  • Mayo
  • 1 tablespoon of BibikJee's Sambal Tumis
  • Spring onions (chopped)
  • Salt & pepper (optional)
  •  A slice of toast bread

Directions:

  1. Place chopped onions into a large bowl
  2. Open a can of Tuna in olive oil and pour them into the large bowl.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of mayo (more if you prefer creamier)
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of BibikJee's Sambal Tumis. If you like spicier, add more sambal.
  5. Throw in some spring onions and mix them all.
  6. Add salt & pepper according to you liking.
  7. Toast a piece of bread, spread butter then the tuna filling.
  8. Alternatively, you can use it as a dipping for crackers!
