1. Overview
Welcome to BibikJee’s Nyonya Flavours.
BibikJee’s Nyonya Flavours is a family-owned Malaysian brand specialising in authentic Melakan Nyonya condiments, including Sambal Tumis and Cili Garam.
Our brand was founded to honour the legacy of our late mother and preserve the traditional Nyonya recipes and flavours that have been passed down through our family.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of www.bibikjeesnyonyaflavours.com and all purchases made through our website.
The website is operated by BibikJees PLT ("Company", "we", "us" or "our").
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional conditions.

3.3. Such variations do not exclude responsibility for products that are unsafe, defective, spoiled or materially different from their descriptions.

8.3. Unless otherwise stated, welcome discounts are limited to one redemption per eligible customer.
8.4. Creating multiple customer accounts or using multiple email addresses to repeatedly redeem first-order offers is prohibited.
8.5. First-order discounts cannot be combined with other product discount codes unless expressly permitted.
8.6. Customers who subscribe to marketing emails may unsubscribe at any time.
8.7. Unsubscribing does not affect discounts already validly redeemed or orders already accepted.
9. Bundle and Multi-Buy Offers
9.1. We may offer special pricing for purchases involving multiple products or selected product combinations.
9.2. Bundle pricing applies only when the stated qualifying requirements have been met.
9.3. Customers may mix participating product flavours where the relevant promotion expressly permits it.
9.4. Removing a qualifying item before checkout may result in the remaining products returning to their standard applicable prices.
9.5. Bundle offers may not be combined with other product discounts unless expressly stated.
9.6. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable to products purchased under bundle promotions.
10. Vouchers and Promotional Codes

10.2. Codes are valid only for their stated periods and qualifying transactions.

12. Order Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

12.2. Amendments may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
12.3. Because we sell food products, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.
12.4. Customers retain all applicable statutory rights concerning defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods.

14. Food Safety and Storage
14.1. Our products must be stored and handled according to the instructions on their packaging.

14.3. Certain products contain shrimp paste (belacan), which is a crustacean-derived ingredient.
14.4. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should obtain clarification before purchase where necessary.
14.5. Products requiring refrigeration after opening must be stored accordingly.
14.6. Customers should not consume products showing signs of spoilage, compromised packaging, unexpected leakage or other potential food safety concerns.
14.7. Suspected product defects or food safety concerns should be reported to us promptly.
14.8. Nothing in these Terms excludes our responsibilities under applicable food safety and consumer protection laws.
15. Intellectual Property
15.1. All original website content, including logos, branding, product photographs, graphics, written materials and other protected content, belongs to BibikJee’s Nyonya Flavours or the respective rights holders.
15.2. Such materials may not be reproduced, republished or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent, except where permitted by law.
